Petal card

This card is one I got the idea from somewhere and can't remember from where!  I hate when that happens!  I used the large oval punch, and punched out the petals from the Pacific Point paper (new!) and used the same punch with the small  oval punch to do the stem.  I punched out using the large oval and then punched out on top of this one, and punched using the small oval.  Hopefully you got that!  It's like punching the small oval out of the center of an already punched large oval and then cutting to resemble a stem.
I used Floral Background stamp from Stampin' Up! using the Pacific Point color on the Pacific Point paper, try saying that 3 times fast!  LOL
I also used the Pink Pirouette paper.
This is a great and fast way to do a card!  I LOVE our punches!

REMINDER!!!!  I am having two classes on the 4th of August.  The first one is from 9:45-12:30, and the second one is from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.  They are both downstairs in the Kernersville Library at the Senior Center.   The first class we are doing 1 6 X 6 technique page, 1 card using the technique and then another totally unrelated card.
The second class we will be doing 3  deifferent cards, and getting to use the new scallop punch from the NEW catalog!!  And we are going to be using the new In Colors for the 2nd class, plus a new stamp set!  Please RSVP to me either by emailing me at ltedder@triad.rr.com  or call me at home 336-499-3167 (I will be at Convention, but you can leave the info with my husband or son.)
These classes are the day after I get back from Utah, so I will be full of news from Convention and I will fill you all in!  I am hoping to have the new Catalogs there too, not sure if they will be delivered by then, but if I got them YOU will get them!!!
Have a great day!
