Inspired by Nature-Christmas card

Stampin' Up! has so many ideas for us Demonstrators to use, there isn't enough time in the day to do them all!  So, I put them all in a folder on my computer labled 'cards to do' and then when I want to do a handmade card I look in this folder for inspiration!  If you want to have an abundance in support and inspiration join my team and enjoy all the perks of being a SU! demonstrator.

This handmade card today was posted at Convention and I fell in love with it!  I LOVE the stamp set Inspired by Nature already, but to be able to incorporate it for Christmas is awesome!!

I made a template for the sun, I cut a hole in some acetate and then sponged Summer Sun in the hole.  I then punched a 1 1/4" circle and placed it over the sun so I could sponge the sky in without the blue getting on the sun.  I stamped the Inspired by Nature in Always Artichoke and then punched out some 'cat tails' using the Horizontal Slot punch and glued them down to the grass, after I sponged some white ink on the tips and embossed with Iredescent Ice embossing powder.  I tore some white paper to make the hill and used my 2 way glue pen and then Dazzling Diamonds.  I LOVE cat tails and to be able to make them with this Stamp set is really cool.   The Sentiment is from Snow Swirled.  I hope you like this card, and as always I would love to hear from you!

Have a Great Stamping Day!
