Here is another card using Vintage Vogue, I once again used SU!'s Soft Suede Cardstock for the base, and also used Certainly Celery.   For one side of the card I put the Real Red Polka Dot ribbon and pulled on it a little once it was attached to make it not so 'perfect'.     I did a lot of masking to make things look like they are layered.  I punched out a couple of flowers and popped them up on the card and put a brad in the middle.
