Once again I am sharing a card I received from Pam Staples my Stampin' Sister from North Carolina Demo's.   This card is one of those handmade cards that the more you look at it, the better you like it.  I haven't made a card using the technique 'Collage', and the more I look at this card, the more I want to try it!  I hadn't thought of getting the Newsprint Paper (in the new catalog!) either, but now I just HAVE to have it!   You let me know what you think, make sure to check out the bottom of the Medallion where it meets the Newsprint, it looks perfectly shadowed to where it looks like it is popped up.  LOVE it!!  Thanks Pam for opening my eyes to a new Technique!!
